That sitting is going to kill you…

Well, that may not be the best word, but sitting at your desk or in your car too much can cause a lot of problems.  These include back pain, hip pain, leg pain, knee pain, ankle pain, and neck pain. Hey,  if you have neck pain, you might possibly develop some shoulder pain, and then, watch out, the dreaded carpal tunnel syndrome!!!

I know, I know. You think that I am over exagerrating. But in all honesty, some of what we think are the most serious problems are nothing more than our body’s response to inactivity. We are a sedentary people here in America and “the industrialized world”. Read more…
